This is a Two-Step process of pure enjoyment.
FIRST – 4:30PM
Bring Your Own Bottle for our blind tasting in our Paris Suite.
We will simply put it in a paper bag that will leave you wondering, we will pull the corks from your bottles and number them. You will taste away and compare notes.
You will have a piece of paper to mark which one you liked best, least, and which one you think is which.
SECOND – 6:00PM
a four-course menu with specially selected wine pairings to please the most discriminating palates.
As well, we will be unveiling the bottles from our blind tasting.
You won’t want to miss this fun-filled evening which offers participant a chance to meet other wine lovers.
